Gender and Media Policy Advocacy
- Assisting media houses on formulating and implementing gender sensitive editorial and administrative policies and practices.
- Working with Media Focused CSOs in formulating gender policies, gender action plans and the gender mainstreaming of all other administrative polices.
Media Skills Training
- We capacitate women in all sectors with media skills to enable them to interface with the media with our being intimidated.
- We also give media skills to women to also give them a voice through various social media platforms and even traditional forms of media, which are radio, television and newspapers
- We also train citizen journalists on how they can gather news and also tell the story in a gender sensitive way.

Knowledge Management
- Constant generation and dissemination of new gender and media information.
- Production of Gender and Media Industry related situational analysis, training manuals position papers and baseline reports.
