Nyaya dzedu

Nyaya Dzedu Our Stories  is an online campaign to increase the access to information for grassroots women. It is a platform that allows women to have their voices and issues heard. As Gender and Media Connect our aim is to “To enhance the participation of women and girls in development and governance processes” through the media. By doing so we give women the opportunity to participate in areas and discussions that have been termed male dominated for a long time. This platform amplifies the voices of women which were subjected to discrimination.

This campaign is under GMC project titled Sisters With Voices which is capacitating grassroots women with digital skills and media literacy. The project is being implemented in the following district Harare South, Seke, Murewa and Goromonzi. GMC is working with the following partners Self Help Development Foundation (SHDF), Royal Orphan Support Trust (ROST) and Wadzanai Trust. The project is being supported by EU/IMS.
